How can I make my Hair completely light blond?

my natural hair color is brown and i tried to dye my hair blond 2x the first time it was orangish except for the bottom which was still a little dark the second time i dyed it the top turned lighter but the bottom only got a little lighter but is still dark what can i do to make it even

my cousin's secret is to pour lemon juice on your hair for about 10 to 15 min. about 3x a week.

Put lemon juice through out your hair. All over.

Pull it in a pony tail so that way the underside is exposed too.

Then go out in the sun for many hours.

& it'll be light blonde after a while.
