How can I make my Site Popular?

My website is called http://www.gamerzlook.com/ and it gives details about different RPG. It also lets people post their own blogs for only a small fee. But I cant figure out how to make my site popular? I have it on alot of the search engines. But I don't know how to work my website up to #1 on search engines.

It's all about the look.  Your site, my friend, does not have the look I'm sorry to say.  You need to get a good designer to make your website more appealing.

Why are you charging for blogs when people can set up for free?  People will only be willing to pay if tons of people visit your site and the blogs have a good chance of being read.  Even then people will be unwilling to pay.

And to get more traffic you need to do some SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and if you have money SEM (Search Engine Marketting).
