How can I make my bed stop squeaking while having s*x?

Question

It seems like the wooden headboard and metal frame underneath the bed squeak when it is moved, what's a way to remedy this?

I've thought about maybe putting some heavy oil on the wood but I don't know.... It sure is annoying.

DUDE! I can't believe I'm answering this but hey...I've been there.  

If you have hardware that holds the bed together then buy new hardware; add in a couple extra washers to allow you to make it real tight. If you have springs of anykind...fork over the cash and buy someone from this century.  Old wood will squeak...oil it up with regular cooking spray.
