How can I make my body and bones tougher?

Besides weight lifting and taking calcium, Which both Ive been doing for a long time, what can I do to strengthen my bones, and make my body tough as steel?

  1. Why would you want to do that?  Your doing what you need to.


  2. take a multi-vitamin or ask a doctor they have pills they can give you to strenghten your bones

  3. Go running everyday, work out, stretch ect.

    Don't forget calcium and protein.

    without machines you can :

    you can do squats and lunges to strengthen your knees and upper theighs.

    lift weights or do pushups for elbows and upper arms.

    situps for abs.


  4. lol erghh eat meat aswell  but dnt eat too much fatty food alot of ppl say u can turn fat into mucle but the muscle az to be there  1st and u cnt v to much fat so keep ur trainin goin take vitamins aswell
