How can I make my body create more testosterone?

I don't want that synthetic c**p from steroids. That would be cheating-just like Floyd Landis.

I guess I'm having trouble understanding why or how you can believe that taking steroids to artificially enhance your testosterone levels is "cheating", but taking herbs to artifically enhance your testosterone is perfectly fine.  Don't go into the legal versus illegal argument because the government's archaic drug laws really have nothing to do with cheating in sports.  The bottom line is pretty simple--there will be endless debate about whether or not performance enhancing drugs is "cheating", but there can be little doubt that it does not matter what form of performance enhancing drugs you take to acheive it--it's all the same.

  12. I think I heard on NPR this morning that he drank too much alcohol in his life, causing a rise in testosterone.  You might try that for a boost in athletic ability and muscular development as an experiment.
