How can I make my boys stop fighting with each other verbally?

You can't.  It is sibling rivilary and it is natural.  My parents would just point to the back door and tell us to go outside and have our battles whether they were verbal or physical.  If they were physical mom would hand us the first aid kit and tell us not to come back in unless there was bone protruding through skin or a severed artery pumping blood.

They are just being normal.  If you want them to quit the argueing tell them to stop and if they don't make them hold soap in thier mouth liquid or a bar for a bit so they may clean up the way they talk.  of course the will make fun of this but do a little better.

Separate them.Ask them what they are fighting about.

My nephew are some what like this. I've been there babysitter since the day they were born, because there mother works alot and long hours i'm the one that has to deal with this, and this is what I do.

When ever they argue i will get both side of the story, and who ever did something first i will ask why did you do that, and i will ask is that fair.

They usually fight over there Ds, because there usually over at my house and one will forget there Ds forcing them to share, but the other won't want to even if there not playing it. I don't believe in forcing someone to share, but i will reason with them like i will say. Didn't brother share with you when you didn't have yours. and i'll just simple tell the other one that Since hes not sharing then you don't have to either, and eventually they will end up sharing after the argument over.

because they don't know who wrong or right or how to get out of it. Thats why you kind of have to reason with them, and see the argument threw both views, and once they realize why and what they are doing wrong they won't go to you with it anymore, and when they do its proble just because they don't know who wrong or right so they want you to settle it.
