How can I make my briefcase and slef photos public?

Friends trying to access my briefcase are denied access.

What I read at Yahoo is "only premium members" may do this?

How do I allow friends (over 18) to access My Briefcase?

This feature is not available anymore.  I'll give you the link that tells you how it used to be done.
