How can I make my built in laptop mic...?

I have a built in mic on my laptop and I really want it to make my voice all cool, how do I make it like that? It only lets me record but I can't make effects on it

Its not an editor, its only a recorder, if you want to edit the sound for better quality run audacity, You can alter the pitch, speed, graphics equaliser ect ect. You can really make your voice recordings sound funny like pinky and perky.
