How can I make my chest look smaller?

I am a tiny girl with a big chest.

I hate it; everyone of my friends is tallll, lanky, and small chested

How can I make my chest loook smalller?

Hi! I suffer from the same affliction! 5ft tall but 34gg!! I've found drawing attention to another part of your body helps maybe by wearing a plain dark colour on the top & pattern or bolder colour on the bottom. Perhaps wear a belt but avoid baggy tops as these will just make you look fat! Avoid high neck lines like polo necks, instead go for a v-neck which will make the over all chest area look smaller, rather than one big expanse!!

You know the wraps people use when they wrap their ankle? Well get one like that. I know my cousin and sister had to wrap there breast with one after they had a baby. Just make sure it is wide enough to fit over. It might hurt though but that's a try.

cardio and weight training will help. the bench press is a really good exercise as long as you know the right way to do it. but running or doing the bike or eliptical machine at the gym will burn fat, which is what b*****s are mostly.

its also not impossible to find clothing that makes your b*****s look smaller. with the styles these days being long flowy shirts, and dresses. try things that accentuate your waist but isn't too tight on top. getting a good bra is a great solution as well. lots of places can help you with that, even if it seems kind of weird - it's their job.

First of all, do you really have or need to do this? It really won't matter, people won't judge you from the size of your chest, and if anyone does they are jealous. This is a really serious matter and you should speak to your mum about it, it will really affect your life and you will probably regret it. i guarantee that your tall and skinny friends are completely jealous of your chest. I'm in the same situation as you and my friends are always telling me how they wish they had what i had. take advantage of what you were given. anyway, guys are always going for the petite girls with the nice chests instead of the lanky flat chicks.
