How can I make my computer seem like it's in another country?

I'm trying to get onto the Italian MTV Overdrive website. However, it seems users connecting from outside of Italy can't get access to it. Is there a way I can use a VPN client, or mask my IP address, or something - just to confuse it and make it think I'm connecting using an Italian ISP?

I'm running Linux Ubuntu 8.04 and have the most current Firefox. Let me know if you need more information.

The best way to do that is use proxy.  Search for proxies from other countries and use it in your browser.

Look here for a proxy located in Italy.

http://www.bloganything.net/227/setup-an... is an example of how you can set proxy with Firefox. Just put "proxy setting firefox"  in Google and you get lot of similar sites.
