It doesn't encode at ALL!

I cant even read it...HELP!

  2. what kind of doc are you trying to read and what program.. make sure ur opening the doc with something its supposed to be opened with


  3. need more info make sure your opening with the right program so dont be opening a microsoft word document in wordpad
