How can I make my face look more feminine?

My body is feminine, but I don't have a very feminine face.

I have a very distinct, square jaw, in which the muscle bulges out. I don't wax my eyebrows, but they still look pretty nice (I pluck). I have very full lips. My eyes are kinda round and green. And it doesn't help that I have short spiky hair, but trust me, I don't look good with long hair.

I really don't like wearing a lot of makeup, I usually just wear coverup, blush, and mascara.

So what else can I do to make me look more feminine? I'm sick and tired of getting looks all the time. I usually just stare them down until they feel uncomfortable and look away.

if your eyes are green, get purple eyeshadow!! it will make your eyes stand out :)  my eyes are green and purple eyeshadow makes them look HULK green haha!!

hmmm a little black eyeliner wouldn't hurt either.  And use lip gloss too!! if you have full lips then lip gloss will make you look amazingg!!!  

and maybe get some highlights in your hair??   =)

how old are you?

if you're young, i would suggest wearing more makeup. especially stuff that complements your good features (eyes, lips) make sure your eyebrows have a good arch, don't make them too thin.

In my opinion, though, any and every woman would look pretty awful with spiky hair. Maybe if you want a short style, you can go to the salon and they can give you a more feminine cut. A new hairstyle can truly transform your current look. good luck.
