not really! hair grows at it,s own pace. you can,t slow it down or speed it up.

There is a cream called Vaniqa, you can only get it on prescription and it takes up to 4 months to work. Used twice a day, it slow down hair growth completely. It was originally tested as a cure for some forms of skin cancer, but doctors discovered that in actual fact, it had no benefits for skin cancer and instead all it did was slow down hair growth wherever it was rubbed. But remember - it does take up to 4 months before you will see any results.

You can go to a beauty parlor (or whatever place it can be) that have "laser treatment" that removes hair (such as in armpit or wherever private places).  They said if you do this treatment at least 3-4 times, then the hair on that area will stop growing.
