How can I make my hair look like Taylor Swift's without getting a perm?

I no that she gets a perm, but perms dont work for me. I have a blow dryer, a curling iron, mousse, hair gel, and hairspray. Please help!

she doesn't get a perm , it's naturally wavy/curly and frizzy (see , even celebs have hair like us) she just defines the curls with a curling iron, so technically it's not even natural!

If your hair doesn't have a natural bend like hers, it may be extremely difficult to style without putting loads and loads of hairspray into it.

I happen to have naturally wavy hair (used to have poker straight hair but with age, got some wave) and use a diffuser attachment on my dryer after applying styling foam/mousse.  I start by (gently :) flipping my head over and drying and then gently flipping head back and use the diffuser while twirling sections of my hair around.  **Please be very careful not to hold the dryer in one spot too long as one may burn one's self.  It may or may not work, but it's certainly worth a try ;)
