When I in grammer school there were lessons in penmanship.

I'm sure you can find books in the library on this, probably in the children's section.

I wish more people were concerned about their handwriting since so many people do it so badly.

Two ways you can do this. One you can probably get handwriting styles off the net(try Google). Also there is a style called Caligraphy,which you can get a book from your local public library; or again off the net.The latter style uses a special pen, and is very elegant, and if you follow this style.you'll get top marks.

I don't have an answer but I feel your pain. I'm 28 and I do A LOT of writing, but my handwriting is shocking and makes my hand ache. I've tried and tried to sort it out but I just can't!
