How can I make my home smell nice naturally?

There are several naturally occuring essential oils that are espressed from flowers and plants that can be sprayed.

Lavender

Rose Geraninium

Bergamot

Citrus

Andmany others depending on your likes.

Check with your local garden nursery where someone there can help you select some plants that have a pleasant fragrance.  Lilacs and marigolds and roses are possibilities.  Cinnamon sticks and some spices could be considered.

There are bead things that come in small bottles that have different scents. You can find those at JoAnns or Micheals or any other art place. They really smell good.

Yes, cleaning and opening windows help, but if you want something a little special, try this. Put some apple slices (fresh or dried), cinnamon sticks (1 or 2), and a few whole cloves in a small pan of water. Bring it to a boil, then reduce heat to lowest setting. Add more water as needed. Your home will smell delicious! But beware, folks walking in might think you have cooked a special treat for them! I use my food dehydrator to dry apple slices so I can store them. I also buy cinnamon sticks at craft stores. They are cheaper that way and work just as well. Sometimes I make little bundles and put them in gift baskets for people. Give it a try!
