  1. Change the z-index to three (3) in the style list for the iframe:

    <iframe src="ad.html" name="AD" iframe="" style="overflow: visible; position: absolute; width: 500px; height: 736px; left: 396px; top: 455px; z-index: 3;" allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0"></iframe>
