  1. You can't add more memory slots but you may be able to put biger sticks of ram in it depending on the current configuration. if the manual lists 1Gb for example as the bigist ram that is compatable take it as advice but not nesseseraly the truth, it may be that that was the largest avalable at the time. there is usuly a little door on the botom with a s***w in it to get to the rem slot/s. also be aware that any 32 bit OS (basicly anything except winxp 64 and vista 64) is limited to less than 4GB

  2. Short of replacing the motherboard, no there is nothing you can do. If it only supports 2Gb RAM (which a lot of motherboards do) then that is a hard limit you cannot bypass.

  3. Go to http://www.crucial.com  The site can analyze your computer and tell you what your options are.

  4. put the biggest graphics card you can fit into in... the one with the most memory on it i mean and that will increase your over all RAM but i wont show up as system memory of course.... you can also put 10,000 rpm hard drives in it and use them as virtual memory... you can use flash drives as extra memory (hard drives and flash drives still aren't as fast as RAM tho) or you can change the motherboard to something that has more memory slots or take bigger sticks

  5. Depends on the number of memory slots.

    If you have two slots and 2 x 1G you can upgrade to 2 x 2 G.

If you only have one slot I think you're SOL unless you replace the laptop.

  6. You can buy another harddrive? I dont get what you mean too well
