How can I make my legs stronger without any equipment?

I have a home gym but it won't be set up for a while now and I don't wan to wast money on a membership to a gym. So what do you guys thing I could do.

  1. Lunges, squats, rowing squats, any form of jumping.


  2. Walking, running, swimming. Basic I know, but efficient.

  3. Squats and lunges. Try doing what they call Mountain climbers (push-up position and then alternate bringinng each leg forward and back).

    Running is a good way too, a bit slower but you build some cardio endurance as well which is good.

  4. to make your legs stronger you can just do easy stuff like jump back and forth over a bench or you can like find something high and jump up and touch it multiple times.

  5. Running is a pretty good start, and lunges as well.

    Make sure if youre running outdoors where there are hills that you dont run down the hills, thats terrible for your knees.

  6. If you have either a pool or access to water run in shallow water. In winter run in snow
