How can I make my own button badges?

I need to know how to make button badges like these:

Is there anyway I can buy the badges and then print out things to put inside??

Your local craft store will have supplies. If you only want to make a few, you can buy blank badges with a snap-off cover and just slide your picture in. Or if you want to make a lot, they will have badge-making machines for you to buy.
