  2. They all mostly use high fructose corn syrup as the main sweetener.  Then they add fruit juice concentrate which is usally processed and preserved with chemicals and machines.  You could make great smoothy drinks by blending ice cubes with bananas, different berries, grapes, melons, etc... It's good for you and tastes better than any fake drink or smoothie.

  3. True Lemon product have great flavoring if you like a hint of citrus in your water.  They have the following flavors:  Lemon, Orange, Lime.

It's nice because there are no sugar substitues and no sugar.  An all natural taste.

  8. depends on what kind you want, if lets say you want strawberry, kind of mush up some strawberries and soak them in the water for a while. (then drain or take out the strawberries when you're ready to drink it) oh and by the way only soak it for like an hour, more than a day and it might start to ferment.

    i hope it works

  9. Do you have crystal light or those packets of powder that are sugar free ~ if so just ad to your bottle water

you can mix fruits or flavoring like herbs to your water but it seems like a lot of work when you can just get a packet

    ORANGE

    CHERRY

Squeeze a few  drops of lemon into the water, then stir or shake it.

    Strawberry Kiwi:

Peel and cut a kiwi, then squeeze the juice into the water. Then wash and peel a strawberry and do the same, stir.

    Orange:

Peel an orange, then squeeze it into the water, stir.

Usually you can use any fruit, if this does not work, try some instant flavoring from your local food market.
