How can I make my own locker shelves?

I hate all the plastic shelves that you use for you locker...how can I make my own simple one? Plz give suggestions :D

my friend uses cardboard boxes, which seems to work quite well (unless you're after aesthetics)

use some of those over or toaster racks...they're already made so you dont have to do anything....then just use magnets to keep them in place.
