Well, you need to be more specific. Would would you like to make? Enchiladas, tacos, taquitos, burritos?

Well, all you need is some tortillas, ground beef, re-fried and pinto beans, cheese, rice, tomatoes & lettuce if you want, some hot sauce,and just be creative,make what ever your mind can come up with.

it depends what you wnat to make its fairly easy..but for tacos just grab a

couple packs of tortillas, corn flour or the crispy taco bell ones lol,  

chopped skirt steak or ground beef,

taco seasoning add to the meat,

cilantro,  (if you like cilantro on you tacos)

refried beans orrr pinto beans if you want to be really authentic (they are yummy you can buy them in a can then just boil em up really easy thn you can smash em or keep em whole and put thm on tacos like that

brown the meat when its done browning

drain the fat from the meat

then simmer it with diced onion and the seasonings

thats done..

cut up your avocados, tomatoes, lettuce, mexican cheese )there are a few good ones, try the crumbly white  one)

and heat up your tortillas you can fry the corn tortillas in a touch of oil and that makes em crsipy too  

then your good to go  enjoy!

If you live in an area that has a Mexican Grocery store, buy ingrediants there. Large retailers such as Walmart will have a ethnic section as well. You can even start with dinner kits from Old El Paso.

Cook some pinto beans for 24 hours and mash them. Mix up the tortilla ingredients, roll it out and fry them up. Bake a roast or a chicken all day and shred it. Chop tomatoes, salsa, onions and limes to make salsa.

Combine all of the above.

Serve.
