How can I make my own pirate Halloween costume?

This girl looked like she made up her costume herself.

What stores should I go to? Just tell me anything i need.

And shes obviously wearing makeup to make her look quite pale and the way her eyes look. How should i do my makeup?

go to a thrift store and buy an over sized button up shirt and distress it a little. also you can get the pants at a thrift store or even a skirt to make it more cute.
