So I've had a wider, chipmunk face for years and it's so embarrassing. I've heard lemond drops work. Anything else to reduce swelling in enlarged glands?

He's not positive I have it but with my symptoms and enlarged glands he thinks so. (I can feel the englarged parotid glands when I massage my hands area over them.)

  1. If the doctor is considering Sjogren's disease, then s/he likely either has or will order cross-sectional imaging to look for any other pathology in the region, e.g. lymphadenopathy.  If the biopsy is consistent with Sjogren's, as opposed to another etiology, then the rheumatologist will determine the most appropriate mode of therapy.  There are effective medical agents for the treatment of Sjogren's and I recommend that you follow the advice of your physician.
