How can I make my picture have some parts colored and the rest black and white?

I want to know if there's a website that you can do this for free on or if you need a program.

    All you have to do is make an account and ta da.


  2. Try www.picnik.com. There is a tool to make a circle of color and the rest b&w (Focal B&W), or you can manually color parts of the photo (under the Create tab, click on the Black and White button, then the paintbrush icon, then the "Original" button, then click and drag on the photo to color parts of it.)

  4. One basic technique is to start with a color picture and then create a selection around the object to stay colored. Then invert the selection and remove the color from this inverse selection.
