Question:

How can I make my punches and kicks more powerful and hurt more??

Cuz whenever I punch my friends they always say "what waz that" "did a mosquitoe bite me" etc. How can I make my punches and kicks more dangerous. I actually want to be able to cause damage. Only for defense might I add.

  1. get yourself a heavy boxing bag,shadow box while holding weights,get a tractor tyre and hit it with a sledge hammer,do weights,push ups,pull ups,join a boxing or muay thai club,running and cycling is good for leg strength,yal be a fightin machine:-)


  2. You didn't say how old you were. If you're still pretty young, give your body time to grow and get bigger naturally.

    'The B' had a lot of good suggestions, I cant add much to that. Make sure you're getting the calories, protein, good carbs and vitamins you need to help your body recover and grow as you work on your craft.
