  2. You dont want to stop eating all together, but when you are on a diet and dont want temptation, then chew gum and drink lots of water.  Wear a rubber band around your wrist, and when you think about food and you want to eat the food you see, snap the rubber band on your wrist. Good luck

  3. just drink lots of water and drink tea.

    sugar free gum is always good.
