How can I make my skin look as good in the afternoon as it does in the morning?

Every morning when I put my make up on my skin looks really pretty and smooth and flawless and you can't even tell I have make up on. But as the day wears on, the make up becomes more and more visible and my skin doesn't look as smooth or fresh as it does. Is there anything I can do to stop this?

I had the same problems.

1- Use a primer, I recommend rimmel london fix and perfect primer.

(apply makeup)

2-About mid-afternoon, dab a oil blotting sheet (clean & clear) over your face, do NOT rub..Just dab, it'll remove the oil.

3-Refresh the makeup-Bring a compact just to go over your face lightly again, and dab on some chap-stick/lip-gloss.

Try using bloting sheets. Those will remove excess oils from your face. But dont rub them, just press down, otherwise it will smudge your makeup.

First, are you using face lotion before you apply your makeup? That's a good start, because if your skin is moisturized, the makeup will wear better. Also, try those oil-blotting sheets, (see below) they will remove extra oil that might otherwise blend with your makeup.

i ahve the same problem and my skin is superrr oily but i think you should use a make up primer, and some oil sheets. im going to start to bring my facemake up and just reapply it during the day

This is why you can't trust girls. They wear so much make up that you can't even see the real them.

Get some clean and clear oil absorbing sheets and apply some powder in the afternoon. Its a good way to keep your skin looking AND feeling fresh.

Carry a facial spray in your purse. I used to have the same problem. I'd leave the house looking flawless and by mid afternoon my face would look dull. Now I spritz my face with Caudelle beauty elixir whenever I need my face to look refreshed and it makes my face glow and looks flawless again. There are lots of other facial sprays to try too.
