Question:

How can I make my thighs smaller quick?

Like I don't want to lose weight because I'm pretty skinny already. But my thighs and butt are big and want them to be smaller. How can I do this without losing fat in other places? Would toning work? If so how can I tone up my thighs and butt and how long would it take to see good results?

  1. Your body will naturally lose weight from certain places faster than others. If you are specifically concerned about your thighs, the best thing you can do is to specifically target them.

    Squats are a great way to tone your thighs. Beware though, too many squats can have a reverse effect. Think of a baseball catcher, they squat all the time, and I've never seen one with nice thighs.

  2. You can tone your legs which will give them shape. YOU CAN NOT TARGET SPECIFIC AREAS OF FAT LOSS without liposuction that is. Anyone who tells you that you can is a complete moron. If you want get into long distance running,  you will lose a little fat all over,, and your legs will tone without getting too much larger. good luck
