How can I make my voice s**y or beautiful sounding?

Your voice is your voice.  Trying to sound s**y will only make you sound silly.

you should just fake it like how paris hilton talks in her s**y babyish voice,her real voice is much lower and boyish but she totally fakes it and people say it sounds s**y.

I disagree with the others here.  You can train your voice to be lower, more commanding, more s**y, etc.  Google "speaking voice coach" and you'll see what I mean.

Pastors and Doctors, for example, aren't necessarily born with built-in speaking ability.  They study it as part of their training.
