How can I make myself Owner on a runescape Private server ?

Well, you have to own and run a private server. You need background knowledge of java (the programming language used in runescape) to do this. Private servers have nothing to do with jaGex, in fact they are against jagex rules, as they take players (and therefore money) away from their version of the game. Check out moparscape.org for more info on running a private server, they have a good forum which may help you.

look on net for instructions on how to make a server, contact runescape administrator, and if he makes u mod u'll be able to make server (i think :P).
