How can I make myself connectable on Utorrent?

I've tried reading a bunch of guides and something about port forwarding but I still have troubles on getting rid of that yellow icon.

My download speed is normal but I can't upload.

Any help will be appreciated.. Thanks!

first of all, do you HAVE any ports to forward? are you going through a router? or do you connect directly to your internet service providers box
