Question:

How can I make myself fall asleep early?

School is starting soon and I had a habit over the summer of falling asleep by 2am(any later I would have got in trouble wit my dad) and I need to fall asleep by 10pm/11pm for class how can I make myself fall asleep early???

  1. I had the exact same problem this whole summer. What I did, I stayed up the whole night. Works like a charm. Just make sure, If you want to try this way, to keep yourself active. Do something constructive. Just keep yourself motivated to stay up. It is VERY easy to fall asleep if you lay down. Also, put eye drops in your eyes often. Your eyes start to hurt after a while. Hope this helps!  


  2. Drinking warm milk is good because it's got some sort of a chemical that helps us sleep easily.

    Another thing, avoid taking long naps within the day because it may interfere with your body taking a rest at night. I also suggest you avoid too much caffeine and vices.

  3. Don't take sleeping tablets unless you need to. Try to read books or watch a TV show.

  4. well they make pills.....but what i do is i stay up really really late and waking up really really early and then you will be super tired the next night. its what i do...it works for me....but if you need like 8+ hours of sleep or you will be tired/crabby it may not work ... or if your allowed drink a cup of coffee or an energy drink in the morning and then you will be less tired during the day....

    don't have too much caffeine like after 6pm
