How can I make myself more flexible?

  1. try yoga, it'll really make you more flexible, while working every muscle in your body, relax you, plus motivate you since stretching on your own could get kind of boring.

    I have been doing it for a few months 30 minutes every day and believe me it is giving results... Good luck

  3. Yoga really works with flexibility also so dose trampolining and DMT  and there both really fun ways of getting more flexible
