Why do I keep dreaming about the last guy i was dating?

i was dating this one guy for sometime over 1 year and its been about a month since we haven't talk (i guess you can call it a break up or something i guess he meet someone new) I'm not really worried about it any more or sad like i was the first couple of days... but lately for the past week or so i keep having dream about him and it's really annoying. I'm moving on but when I have these dream I have to think about him again...Is there a way I can make myself stop having these stupid dreams about him?

Deep inside he still occupies your thoughts. What you need to do is to accept that it is over and get completely over him. Try to analyse what feelings you now have for him. Do you miss him? Do you regret this relationship being over? Why haven't you talked in the meantime? Are you sure he found someone new, are you sure he wished to break up with you or maybe he too had the same feeling as you, thinking you were not interested any more in him and so he never bothered to call you? What happened actually with this relationship?
