How can I make reservations on the German network before being in Germany?

I have the one month German Rail Pass, so I just need the reservation.

Enter your from and to destinations, date, time of travel.

Click on 'Order' of the train you want to take.  Make sure you already signed up first with a user name and password with bahn.de before doing all this.

When you eventually get to the 3rd step(3 Choose a ticket)of the booking process, mark the "with reservation" option and "seat reservation only" (since you already have a rail pass) and follow the directions to finish booking.  I believe the reservation costs either 1,50 or 3 euros each.
