How can I make search engines to know my website for a keyword?

Pick keywords that are relevant for your website and include them in the URL, title tag, and body copy. Don't over use them because this would be keyword stuffing.

Just pick your keywords which is related to your website, and use the keywords in your site title tags, mata tags, domain name ect... title is very important part of your site.

Google looks for the keywords search for in many areas of your Site. Your keywords should by included in the title tags, alt tags, and throughout the content of your site.
