They're already fading but not fast enough. I know you can use bio-oil or vitamin E capsules, but is there anything i might already have in the house not sumthing i have to go out and get? cuz i have neither at home now.

  1. nope, you could use maderma and put it on twice as much as you usually would, it worked for me, cause i put on maderma 6 times a day instead of 3 and my scars faded and a week or two.

    : D hope i helped.

  2. Try to stop cutting yourself.

  3. any kind of oil, lotion, or triple anitbiotic ointment can help... they just won't work so well. and by all means don't expose them to the sun! use sunscreen because if your scars tan they'll stay that color while your skin will continue to naturally change.

and of course the ultimate treatment. therepy. I do strongly suggest you seek help. someone can help you work through what your feeling and why you're feeling like that so you can stop self injury in the first place.

  4. the sun, it really helped to fade my scars.
