How can I make simple fudge?

Question

On wikipedia, all you need for basic fudge is "milk, butter, and sugar"

Is there anyway to make it with only these three and heat?

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

1 tsp. vanilla

Nuts

Heat milk and chocolate chips together on medium heat until chips melt. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased pan and chill until set.

Ultimately Simple Fudge Recipe

1 bag (12 oz) milk chocolate chips

1 can milk chocolate frosting

Directions:

Mix together over low heat and stir until well mixed and pour in buttered or parchment paper lined pan.

You can come up with combinations like peanut butter chips and vanilla frosting, or peanut butter chips and chocolate frosting or what ever you like.

PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE  

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp. vanilla

3/4 cup peanut butter

Put sugar and milk in pan and bring to a boil. Boil two and a half minutes. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir just until mixed well.

Pour into greased pan (the smaller the pan, the thicker the fudge will be). Cool and cut.
