How can I make stencils for t shirts ?from my computer?

if you were making stencils for iron transfers, you could use photo editor or illustrator program, from an image you can make duotone/ monotone image bitmap, or use b&w image and adjust threshold or levels or use some filters for black and white output like photocopy, then you can invert to negative white on black, check that all black sections internal, are connected to frame around edge or modify to fit, test print as w&b or b&w,

if for iron or silk screen, may not require connections, only for templates,

click save as

save it as a monchrome doc

print the picture

cut out the black or the white
