How can I make the move less stressful on the pets?

Question

We're moving across the village that I live in to a new house this weekend.

My family is owned by three cats and two dogs whom we'll be bringing into the house AFTER all of the furniture is there so they'll at least still have our scent.

What else could I do to make the five of them less stressed?

I'm not particularly worried about the dogs but the cats are different.

Especially the yearling. She's never been on a move before. =/

The other two cats, and one of the dogs, have made a trip before, all the way from America.

Introduce them to only part of the house at a timeto give them time to get used to their new surroundings.
