  1. tell your land lord. or go up to their room hahahahha


  2. Ask them point blank to please tone it down. If that does not help turn in a complaint to your Apartment manager

  4. Make a recording of it and leave at their door. Leave a note with requests for a time that is convenient for you and state, I want to record this for my classmates, or the radio station.ask for more yelling and moaning.

  5. Knock on the ceiling  or bang around some pots and pans.
