How can I make the volume of my Imac louder?

I turn it up all the way and its STILL not that loud!

is there an adjustment thingy i could use so its louder?

Disclaimer: This might distort your music and/or blow out your speakers after continuous use. Also, this only works in iTunes.

Click on the song you like and hit Cmd-i. Go to Options and adjust the volume adjustment slider accordingly. If you want it louder get some speakers and plug them into your iMac.

They're just tiny little speakers. If you want it loud, connect it to your stereo or a set of powered speakers.
