  1. I would start by adding a 4th Llanowar Elves and 4 copies of Priest of Titania for more mana options.  The priest taps for one green mana for each elf in play and would allow you to play everything sooner.  With all the mana that you'd be producing, you could cut the Elvish Piper from the deck.  Instead of the harbinger, I would go with Skyshroud Poacher.  With it you can pay 3, tap it and search your library for any elf permanent card and put it into play.  Speaking of creatures with useful tapping abilities, I see you don't have Timberwatch Elf.  It boosts creatures based on the number of elves in play when you tap it.  Seeing that you have Wirewood Lodge, why not add Seeker of Skybreak for more untapping fun?  And speaking of untapping, Wirewood Symbiote isn't an elf, but it gives you another way to untap your elves and can possibly same one from a kill spell.  Finally, if you face board sweepers on a regular basis, add Wirewood Herald and Caller of the Claw.  If someone were to cast Wrath of God or something similar and there's a herald in play, you would be able to fetch the caller.  Since the caller has flash, you could play it right there and you would get a 2/2 bear token for each elf you lost that turn.  Slate of Ancestry is also good for this deck with the card advantage it'll give you.  One final suggestion is to check out essentialmagic.com; it has a card search engine and you can post your decks and get some feedback on them.
