I am a Job Coach and I have a client who is Autistic, Deaf and Behavioral! The client is Fluent in American Sign Language (like myself). How do I work with type of client?

Also the same client, has a big issue working with other disability adults. How can I help her cope with her issue?

    ive been looking for an online course for ASL, american sign language. After some searching i came across this site http://www.learnamericansign.com  and there is a course there from rocket languages. It looks really good and worth the money.
