  1. run as fast as you can don't worry about the nervousness your feeling keep your head up high and feel confident about yourself when your running

  2. im going to be a freshman too and my cond. has already started.

    1. we run a mile, try to be able to run it in under 9 minutes.

    2. we went inside and did 1 hr. and 30 min. of volleyball drills.

they were confusing and kinda hard, but after awhile, i got used to it.

    3. we went a lifted weights, i was so sore for the next few days but now im in better shape

    good luck!

  3. Hi. Okiie. so i am a sophmore and i start varsity. i would first off like to say. you dont have to be able to run a lot.  second off. you just need to be quick on your feet. but i ran the mile in track and my normal time was about 6 minutes. if anything just show you can run atleast the first half-mile fast. or the last halfmile. dont dog-it. that will show that you dont have the heart or stanima to play.

    --just give it your all!

  4. Hi, i'm an italian volleyball player, i'm looking for someone who would like to write e-mail with me. I would prefer if he were a volleyball player

Who can give me the address specifying if is an e-mail address or a msn messanger address?

    A big kiss from Italy.

    Volley for ever!

  5. um.. hi there! for me... actually, you don't really need to be as fast as the others. Size doesn't matter in playing volleyball. In fact, I know many big volleyball players. Just enjoy your summer conditioning.

Just be attentive and be snappy!

Believe in yourself!   You can do it!

  6. Relax, if you love volleyball it will show through to the coaches.  I've seen the volleyball team run by my house every year for ten years, you can always tell the newest players by how panicked they look.  By the last week of training (conditioning) you can't tell the difference between seniors and freshmen they all look the same some are fast some are slow.  It is your skill on the court that matters, support your team mates and you will go far.

  7. Run as fast as the fastest person - But if that is "impossible" run your pace .. but whatever you do !

Don't run as SLOW as the slowest person !
