How can I make working out three times a day less of a hassle?

Sounds like I'm overdoing it...but please, hear me out!

A coupple mornings a week I have a yoga class that I go to. This is going towards my degree and I have no choice on the time of day. In addition, every afternoon (while I'm working at the local fitness center) I work out with clients showing them fitness routines and trying to help them improve their health. Every evening I go out on a bike ride...I love cycling and going on rides on the weekends so I keep my endurance and strength up by a nightly ride...that I do at night because I burn easily from the sun- and I sweat so badly and prefer the cooler evenings.

I sweat straight thru my clothes two to three times a day and like to shower and change afterwords...but I am going thru so many outfits and showering that often can't be good- but if I don't...body acne is an issue for me, so I feel to keep it at bay I must shower after sweating. What could I do to make this all less of a hassle?

  1. I wouldn't workout more than once a day there's no added benefits. I only work out 4 days per week.


  2. Pick out your fave music n listen to it. Or watch t.v. n just excersise during commercials. lol I do that all the time. ♥
