I highly suggest that you read through all the Yahoo helps for new group owners/moderators: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/...

Bookmark those helps because for a while you will be returning to refresh your memory when something comes up on your group that you are not sure of what to do. (The darkened paragraph titles are actually links to take you to the subjects. Read and make notes to save on your computer to refer back to from time to time (you will be glad you did).

Then if you get stumped on a group problem, come on back to Yahoo Answers and ask about the specific problem and we will try our best to help you.

there is alot of area's and option to manage a group- and all groups do some and some do none. please be more specific
