  1. That means that you are running a dual core processor.  That's one of the problems with FAH.  With dual cores the processor will not go past 50%.

    Check out: http://www.overclock.net/faqs/81455-how-...

That will give you a walk through on how to get the most out of FAH.

    Take care,

    Chad

Edit: Who in the world gave us all a thumbs down?  Honestly, do you know what F@H is for?  It's a great cause!

  2. 100% USAGE IS NOT GOOD MY DEAR! TO GET 100% USAGE THAT ONLY HAPPENS WHEN A PROGRAM IS NOT RESPONDING!

MY PC USAGE IS UP TO 29% RAMDOM.

  3. not of all the cpu is actualy needed for folding @ home.

  4. It depends on what client you are using and what CPU you have. If you have a dual core CPU, I recommend running the SMP client. This client can be found on the "High Performance Windows Clients" page. Then when you run the SMP client, you need to create a shortcut and add the -smp flag to the target in order to run all cores at 100%.

I am not that familiar with the single core clients.
